Our Site Supervisors & Area Managers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a procedure to ensure the training needs of all personnel are identified and implemented. This ensures that all personnel are capable of performing their work and successfully completing their duties in relation to the Company’s WHS System.

Our Structure is designed to ensure, that our management is fully aware of our Clients procedures and requirements, as well as our Cleaning personnel’s needs and issues.

  • All Our Supervisors and Area Managers conduct regular visits to all sites, ensuring personnel are equipped with all the tools and equipments they need to exceed our Clients expectations.This includes uniforms, stationary and documentation.Site audits are conducted to ensure customer satisfaction and that all procedures are being adhered to.
  • All our Supervisors & Area Managers work flexible hours, to allow them to regularly visit our personnel on sites after hours and on weekends.By doing so, they can personally discuss issues with staff and ensure our commitment to our clients is being maintained.
  • Our regular site audits helps us identifying the training needs of all personnel in regards to WHS.
